• Use the platform to distribute malware or harmful content
• Impersonate other users or university staff
• Collect other users' personal data without their consent

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

6. Personal Data and Privacy

Your use of this platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). By creating an account, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
